Hypertension and Diet

Hypertension is one of the most common diseases afflicting, It’s can cause heart attack, kidney failure, stroke, carotid artery that can effect to eyes retina and brain (aneurisme subarachnoid, intraserebral , not enough vertebrobasiler).

Most commonly of what caused hypertension is unknown at diagnostic to each person, that means that thing caused hypertension are relative, through the age hypertension can go through to everybody, the one way is to make a prevention. How to eat, sport, stress, live style are several activity should be managed to prevent hypertension increase.

On consume give attention, diet is first.

1.Food Consumption
Uncontrolled on consumption, obesity and salt, obesity has higher risk factor increase heart attack than non obesity. Non obesity is known be able to prevent hypertension.
Salt is one essential thing on increase hypertension. Reduce salt consumption is decrease risk of hypertension.
2.Smoke cigarette
Smoking can increase temporary systolic 10 mmHg and diastolic 8 mmHg during smoking and few time after smoking. And the important thing smoking reduce anti hypertension medicine.
3.Alcohol consumption
Alcohol lead epinephrine (adrenaline) hormone released. it’s have effect to blood artery although consume it on right proportion is allowed. Manage on using alcohol prevent hypertension. Person who diminishing on consume alcohol can decrease systolic approximately 5 mmHg and diastolic 3 mmHg
